Stuck On The Name

Surviving SEX Trafficking with ASHLEY

Arricca & Donia Season 1 Episode 10

In episode 10, part 1, Donia and Arricca take time to address a more serious subject, one that will keep your attention as well as open your eyes. In this episode, the ladies provide a safe platform for Ashley Girl, a survivor of sex trafficking, to share her inspiring true story. Ashley shares the details of how she was taken by traffickers, what she was forced to do, what she witnessed, how she escaped, and how a letter written to a Judge opened communication between her, the FBI, and Homeland Security.

Ashley's story is of vital importance. The number of sex trafficking cases and victims is astonishing. According to the US Dept of State's 2020 Trafficking in Persons Report, traffickers are denying nearly 25 million people their fundamental right to freedom, forcing them to live enslaved and toil for their exploiter’s profit- https://www.state.gov/reports/2020-trafficking-in-persons-report/
